Hotels: Google’s hotel search, updated 15 October 2026. A park gets its own page once our partners offer at least 8 hotels there; the other cards go straight to the hotel search around the park. Good to know

Before you book

Does the search show the distance to the entrance?

Yes, as the crow flies. When you search around a park, each hotel shows how far it is from the main entrance in a straight line, and the map shows the entrance as a pin. The distance doesn’t decide the order: the hotels appear the way Google lists them – or by price or rating if you prefer.

Why are the parks’ own hotels missing?

The parks’ own hotels are usually missing – our partners don’t offer them. You can book them on the park’s website.

What does a night cost?

We don’t store prices – they change every day. The hotel search checks them for your dates, preset for two adults and two children; change the number and ages of the children first, because age affects the price.

Is the distance on the park pages the route to the entrance?

No, the straight-line distance isn’t the route: how long it takes on foot or by car depends on roads and car parks.

What does “within walking distance” mean?

On the park pages we say a hotel is within walking distance if it is no more than 1.5 km from the entrance as the crow flies – check a map before you book to see whether there is a footpath.

How we find the hotels

Ad — what does this mean?
We show offers from partners who pay us for this: usually for a booking made through us, some even just for the click. Your price stays the same. Other providers on the market are therefore missing. More about commissions

Measured, not estimated.

For the park pages we regularly ask Google’s hotel search – roughly every one to two weeks – for hotels near each park, check hotel by hotel whether one of our partners offers it, and measure the straight-line distance to the entrance, which we looked up in OpenStreetMap – not to the middle of the grounds. On the park pages, the nearest hotel comes first.

How we make money: We show offers from partners who pay us a commission: for a booking, a contract or a confirmed enquiry made through us, and with some just for the click through to them. That’s why other providers on the market are missing. You pay the provider the same price through us as you would directly.

Europa-Park · Updated 15 October 2026

12 hotels on the park page, each at its straight-line distance to the entrance

12 hotels between 100 m and 1.1 km from the entrance as the crow flies, 12 of them within 1.5 km.

Each dot is a hotel on the park page – straight-line distance, not the route. The highlighted stretch runs to 1.5 km: we call hotels on it within walking distance.
